SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping take 5-7 days, that does not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Day one start a day after your order is received. Tracking numbers will be sent via email after your order has been processed. Products will be shipped using USPS, UPS and DHL.

Incorrect shipping address:
If a package is returned to TheHairBless for incorrect address provided by the customer or the customer was not home. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the delivery cost.

REFUND POLICY

We do not accept return once you have received your order. We will only replace an item if we mistakenly sent out the wrong item to you.

TERMS OF SERVICES

Lost or stolen package

TheHairBless is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, TheHairBless will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
